Congrats to the 2025 SJMTFL “A” Champions:
Moosehead Taproom Tigers
The Moosehead Taproom Tigers defeated the Vipers 34-6 to secure their third “A” Championship, marking a back-to-back victory (2024-2025).
Congrats to the 2025 SJMTFL “B” Champions:
Bandits
The Bandits triumphed 30-13 over the Nineteen Plus Bombers to claim the “B” Championship, marking their fifth title and an impressive three-peat (2023-2025).
2025 “B” Final
11:00am – NINETEEN PLUS BOMBERS vs. BANDITS
It’s only fitting that these two teams are facing off for the “B” Championship, given their ties in points at the end of the regular season. The tiebreaker went in favor of the Bandits, who edged out the Bombers by just 6 points in the points-for vs. points-against differential.
Both teams entered the league in 2015, marking their 10th year in competition this season.
Each team has already claimed four “B” Championships in their history. However, the Bandits come into this matchup as the defending champions, having won back-to-back titles in 2023 and 2024. Now, they’re aiming for an unprecedented third straight championship.
For the Bombers, this marks their first “B” Final appearance since 2022, when they defeated the Bandits in a nail-biting 14-13 victory.
As always, Super Saturday promises thrilling and high-energy football. The question now is: which team will seize their fifth “B” title? Will this be another close contest? We’ll soon find out!
