2026 “B” Championship
11am – GAMBLERS at NINETEEN PLUS BOMBERS

It’s championship time! The Gamblers and Nineteen Plus Bombers are set to meet in the “B” final, bringing two very different stories and ambitions to Super Saturday.

The Gamblers, the league’s newest addition, have an opportunity to make an immediate impact and cap off their inaugural season with a championship trophy. Meanwhile, the Nineteen Plus Bombers enter the final as one of the league’s more experienced teams, now in their 11th season and looking to add another title to their growing list of accomplishments.

Looking back at their regular-season battles, the first meeting ended in a scoreless 0–0 tie. The Nineteen Plus Bombers then found their winning form, taking the next three matchups by scores of 20–13, 27–13 and 27–7. Those results give the Nineteen Plus Bombers the edge heading into the championship, but there’s still one game left to decide who takes home the hardware.

For the Nineteen Plus Bombers, the mission is clear: capture their fifth “B” Division championship and add another piece of silverware to their collection. For the Gamblers, it’s a chance to make league history by becoming champions in their very first season. Not a bad way to introduce yourself to the league!

Will the Nineteen Plus Bombers’ experience and championship pedigree carry them to another title, or will the Gamblers pull off the upset and turn their first season into a championship celebration?

One team chasing its fifth “B” title. Another chasing its first championship. Who will claim the glory on Super Saturday?

2025 “B” Championship (Super Saturday) Preview – NINETEEN PLUS BOMBERS at BANDITS

2025 “B” Final

11:00am – NINETEEN PLUS BOMBERS vs. BANDITS

It’s only fitting that these two teams are facing off for the “B” Championship, given their ties in points at the end of the regular season. The tiebreaker went in favor of the Bandits, who edged out the Bombers by just 6 points in the points-for vs. points-against differential.

Both teams entered the league in 2015, marking their 10th year in competition this season.

Each team has already claimed four “B” Championships in their history. However, the Bandits come into this matchup as the defending champions, having won back-to-back titles in 2023 and 2024. Now, they’re aiming for an unprecedented third straight championship.

For the Bombers, this marks their first “B” Final appearance since 2022, when they defeated the Bandits in a nail-biting 14-13 victory.

As always, Super Saturday promises thrilling and high-energy football. The question now is: which team will seize their fifth “B” title? Will this be another close contest? We’ll soon find out!

2024 “B” Championship (Super Saturday) Preview – RENEGADES at BANDITS

It’s only fitting that these two teams finished the regular season with identical records of 6-6. This matchup feels like déjà vu, as both teams battled for the 2023 “B” Championship, a title the Bandits claimed.

Now in their fourth season, the Renegades are making their back-to-back appearance in the “B” Championship game, while the Bandits, in their ninth season, are set for their sixth visit to the same stage. The Bandits are vying for their fourth “B” title, hoping to build on their previous successes.

Throughout the regular season, the Bandits secured two victories in their three encounters against the Renegades, setting the stage for a highly competitive rematch. As these two teams collide once more, fans can expect a thrilling battle filled with intensity and determination. Who will emerge victorious this time?
