As some of you may know, Derreck Dixon has been diagnosed with stomach cancer.

With Derreck not being able to work due to his health condition, it has been really hard with the household finances. With one income now coming in, and this income not being stable due to Vickie having to take extra time off to nurture him when needed, things have become very difficult.

The BENEFIT DANCE & SILENT AUCTION on behalf of Derreck and Vickie in order to help make things easier with the bills.

We would love it if you would come and support them through this hard time.

The BENEFIT DANCE & SILENT AUCTION will be on March 16th 2012 at the ( Barrack Green Armories)

Jason Muise (The Party Machine) will be your LIVE DJ throughout the evening.

Bring your $$$$ - A donation at the door for the dance would be greatly appreciated.

The silent auction will go from 7pm-8pm and cash will be accepted with the winners!

Throughout the evening there will be other events going on - 50/50, draws, etc. Sure to be a fun night in respect for a dear loved one who needs our help.

Derreck and Vickie would be grateful if you would be able to come and support him. We wish to see you all there.

Hi Everyone:

I just wanted to let you know that I have edited and posted nearly 300 pictures from last week's championship games. Hopefully these will provide some pleasant memories of the 2011 edition of Super Saturday at Shamrock Park. As always, you are more than welcome to download any of my pictures for personal use. And if you want to print any of the pics, I would recommend that you download the highest resolution available. (once the individual picture is on the screen, just right click and choose the largest size available).

Now that the playoffs are complete, the Championship games are ready to go.

Here's the Championship Schedule with the games occuring at Shamrock Field:

"A" Division
2:00pm - Force @ Raiders

The Raiders are looking to continue their record streak to seven "A" Championships in a row plus it would be their 18th title. The Force, in their 8th season, are in their first trip to the "A" Championship game. During the regular season, the Raiders won all three meetings against the Force.

"B" Division
11:00am - Ten Pennies @ Rage

The Rage are in their second appearance in the "B" Title game and their first was against the Ten Pennies in 2009 (Ten Pennies won 32-6). The Ten Pennies are looking to for their fifth "B" Title and this season the teams split the games... they each won one. Now only one game remains and this time... the winner takes all!

The first four placed teams are in the "A" Division while the next four go into the "B" Division.

Here's the Playoff Schedule:

"A" Division
8:30pm - Shamrock (4th @ 1st) Greener & Sons Army @ Raiders
8:30pm - Allison Grounds (3rd @ 2nd) The Force @ Outlaws

"B" Division
7:00pm - Shamrock (8th @ 5th) Downey Ford Mustangs @ Rage
7:00pm - Allison Grounds (7th @ 6th) Ten Pennies @ Hurricanes

Since all teams are impacted by the Cancellation, there will be no make up games for these Cancelled games.

Up to and including Oct 6th games (with the exception of the Ten Pennies vs. Downey Ford Mustangs game sheet).

The next games between the teams that were cancelled will be double points which will occur on Sunday Oct 23rd.

The schedule is now finalized with the exception of tomorrow... Tuesday Sept 13th. It all depends if Allison Grounds is ready. Ken is going to check on it tomorrow morning.

Remember to call Ken tomorrow morning at 333-3891 or he will call your Team Reps with the final decision on the options.
